**Responsibility**
- Hotel Duty Technician role is an entry level position
- Reporting directly to the HOD & General Manager
- Customer service in the hotel Engineering department
- Handling daily maintenance requests from guests, manages and housekeeping department
- Daily room maintenance in a hotel
- Daily maintenance compliance check for equipment and services
- Handle preventative maintenance in guest rooms and over all hotel areas
- Willing to multi task and assist housekeeping on need basis
- Work closely with other hotel departments for guest requests
- Friendly and accommodating to guests
- Hotel back ground will be helpful
- Strong communication skills both in written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Some computer skills will be helpful but not essential, we will provide training
- Willing to work weekends and flexible with working hours as per business requirements
- Willing to multi-task and assist hotel operations on need basis
- Strong team player
- Willing to multi task and assist with F&B operations as part of this Dual role. Multi-tasking will be for will be covering F&B duties as guest service on need basis only.
- Handy man experience in repair works for the hotel maintenance duties
- Core skills can be discussed in the interview ( Technical skills not essential by certificate) - general knowledge of hotel operations and maintenance duties will be helpful
