Job Summary:A Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing hands-on repairs and general maintenance work on various systems to ensure the smooth functioning of our hotel properties.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing hands-on repairs and general maintenance work on various systems including M&E, plumbing, sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
  • Following established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
  • Performing related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Able to provide support to other departments.
  • Participating in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employee.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess skills in firefighting, air conditioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, painting, lighting, hotel operations, housekeeping, fire protection, maintenance & repair, repair work, electrical, building services, good communication skills, furniture, carpentry, customer service, pumps, manufacturing, and hospitality.Benefits:We offer equal opportunities to learn and develop skill sets.
