Maintaining hotel rooms and common areas to the highest standards is a vital responsibility. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

The main duties include:

  • Preparing and cleaning hotel rooms for guests
  • Restocking linen and supplies as required
  • Ensuring correct use of tools and equipment at all times
  • Reporting any missing or damaged items to the housekeeping office promptly
  • Performing turn-down service and other tasks assigned by management

In addition to these duties, you will be expected to attend on-job training and adhere to established company policies and procedures.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures

Candidates must present themselves professionally at all times, with male applicants expected to have short hair and no beard. A clean-cut appearance is essential for representing the hotel.

Working hours will be 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 4 days off per month.

A performance attendance allowance and housing allowance are provided, along with meals and a housing stipend.

Bonus payments of SGD 7.00 will be made for each extra room performed on normal working days, after meeting set targets.

Remuneration: SGD 2000 to SGD 5000 per month.
