**Job Scope**:
- **Assist Key Account Execution**: Support the Key Account Manager in rolling out business plans and promotions across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- **Coordinate Sales & Merchandising Activities**: Work closely with operations and in-store teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and visibility campaigns.
- **Maintain Accurate Account Data**: Keep updated records of product listings, trading terms, and promotional agreements, including new product entries (NDPs).
- **Support Meeting Preparation & Follow-up**: Organize schedules, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on internal and customer meeting action items.
- **Track Sales & Stock Metrics**: Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and promotion results; highlight key insights for internal teams.
- **Liaise with Supply Chain & Customer Service**: Assist with order processing, delivery tracking, and resolving customer-related issues.
- **Prepare Reports & Dashboards**: Generate basic trackers, reports, and visual summaries to support business planning and customer reviews.
