The Accounting and administrative assistant performs the general accounting and admin support tasks including:

- Assists to prepare and maintain the full set of company accounts (including but not limited to AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, GST submission, Interco billing, etc)
- To verify invoices and other accounting documents or records and to ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system, supported by the accompanying documents and approvals
- To Work closely with internal departments on billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters
- To Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records on financial business transactions
- To assist in preparation of monthly /year
- end financial and management reports.
- To reconcile records with internal company employees and management, and/or external vendors or customers.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents with regards to financial matters
- To perform procurements of general supplies and handling variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the superior from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum holder of Diploma and/or ITE Certificate in Accounting
- Must be an organised person with good verbal and written communication skills
- A multi-tasker, meticulous and a team player
