Who are we:
We're a local sleep start-up that began by selling an ultra-comfy mattress direct to consumers online, disrupting an age-old industry riddled with excessive prices and unpleasant experiences.
We've since changed the way people shop for mattresses, and we're now changing the way people think about sleep. Designed in Singapore and primarily made in Belgium, we focus on delivering high quality products that transform nights for the better.

Who we need:
We are looking for a sprightly individual with good energy, outgoing personality, and good communication skills to help guide customers to get their perfect night’s sleep at our Experience Store.

+ Handle retail sales enquiry and maintain the experience store appearance
+ Explain product features and introduce our range of products
+ Offer customer advice on how to look for the right mattress and products for better sleep
+ Provide exceptional and engaging customer service
+ Handling purchases, scheduling deliveries, and assist customers in checking out through our online system
+ Basic housekeeping

We’ll take good care of you:
+ Monthly team-based commission based on store performance
+ Training provided
+ No hard selling required
+ Low pressure work environment

What we’re looking out for:
+ Passionate about sleep
+ Fluent in English and your Mother Tongue with good communication skills
+ Prior retail experience preferred
+ Patient and outgoing personality who is service oriented
+ Well groom and presentable
+ Computer savvy with basic knowledge of excel and e-commerce checkout systems

Work requirements:
+ Location in Tampines
+ 3 day work week
+ Must work 1 weekday and 2 weekend and occasional Public Holidays

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
