Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all things digital — from overseeing our website and CRM strategy to shaping creative ad campaigns. You'll work closely with our marketing team to drive customer engagement, improve the online customer journey, and optimise conversion rates. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical know-how, and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities:

Shopify Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all website-related matters.
  • Regularly update and maintain the website to reflect current promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Ensure seamless user experience and troubleshoot any site issues promptly.

CRM & Customer Journey

  • Manage CRM initiatives to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Map and analyse the customer journey to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop personalised communication strategies.

Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Monitor site traffic, conversions, and key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve digital performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making.

Digital Ad Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage creative ad strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute and optimise campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify management and basic web troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
