**Creative Lead**

We’re looking for an all-rounded creative with a strong background in visual production and storytelling to help bring our local sleep brand to the next level.

Our new creative lead will oversee artistic and creative direction of all our projects, and shape how the brand is communicated to our target audience. We’re looking for a strong visual communicator, who has a keen eye visual aesthetics and the resourcefulness to effectively execute all our creative projects.
- from brand marketing, digital marketing down to product design and retail experience

+ Develop a strong overview and gatekeep the brand’s messaging, visuals, tone across both online and offline channels

+ Aid in creative product development
- from product aesthetics to packaging, collaterlas and experiences

+ Develop consistent creative content production capabilities and content asset plan through team development and establishing working relationships with reliable vendors

+ Possess a strong eye for visual aesthetics to conceptualize and work with external production teams to execute high-quality photo and motion visual assets used as digital content

+ Conceptualise storytelling angles for advertising in-line with marketing objectives and work closely with digital marketing to produce various campaigns

+ Develop with retail marketing to formulate and execute creative experiences across customer touchpoints (ie product and retail experiences)

+ Work with events team to develop and execute creative event concepts in line with event calendar, including working with vendors on event production, and managing creative teams to develop creative collaterals, graphics and promotional assets.

Background and or interest in home and living, interiors, product design or fashion preferred

At least 5 years of experience in the creative industry, or prior experience in building young brands

Broad spectrum creative with a strong background in photo and visual production

Proven experience in past creative productions with heavy involvement from vision to production

Independent and resourceful working within SME budgets and lean teams

Possesses an interest in building and developing local brands and refreshing concepts

Possesses the capability to link creatives across multiple fields inside and outside the company to achieve a creative vision

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
