**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead the marketing team to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of competitors/marketing efforts/business strategies. Come up with new ideas to improve our brand and exposure.
- Implement ideas for new campaigns and advertising strategy.
- Coordinate with sales team and other departments to promote effective business strategies.
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising channels to publicize.
- Monitor and ensure the well communication to attract prospective customers.
- Lead the marketing team towards creativity and innovation production.
- Assist Director in ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
