**What You Will Achieve**:This position is responsible for providing EHS, Business Continuity (BC) and Risk Management (RM) oversight, tools, templates, and training for GSC sites within the APAC Region of Pfizer. The purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with local, regional and national regulations/Pfizer requirements and to enable GSC sites to limit the risk of business interruptions impacting customer supply. The focus is on GSC locations; both Pfizer owned and managed, as well as, third-party vendors including Logistics Service Providers (LSP), Freight Forwarders and other suppliers of Logistics services contracted with Pfizer GSC. The scope of the responsibility is Regional, specifically for the APAC Region. The position works closely with the Regional BU Management Team under the direction of the GSC EHS Director and with direct support from the GSC EMEA EHS Regional Lead and the GSC BC Global Lead

**How You Will Achieve It**:

- Act as the EHS, RM and BC SME to support program understanding and compliance across the GSC APAC Region including 50+ locations, markets and vendors
- Provide training on EHS, Risk Management & BC regulations (as applicable) and Pfizer requirements across the APAC Regional Network (including influencing and educating Regional Leadership) to ensure appropriate level of knowledge and skill to fulfill EHS, RM & BC responsibilities assigned to the various roles supported
- Conduct effective EHS, RM & BC compliance audits/assessments and corresponding action plans to ensure Regional Network compliance
- Provide EHS, RM & BC SME support and rationale during contract negotiations with suppliers and ensure the terms are adhered to thru effective auditing and assessments
- Support sites before, during and after EHS & BC audits, RM Loss Prevention Surveys, regulatory reviews, and during acquisitions or divestitures of internal sites, and through all phases of third-party supplier/vendor lifecycle management

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years EHS experience, at least 4 in Pharmaceutical industry / Logistics
- Ability to work with and influence Senior Leadership, as well as, external Regulators
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to explain regulations and impact of non-compliance in an understandable, non-threatening way
- Knowledge and understanding of Country specific and International regulations (APAC Region)
- Proficient in basic computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Basic knowledge of Business Continuity Programs, Risk Management Practices and Fire Protection Systems
- Familiarity with the hazards presented by Pharmaceutical products and associated packaging
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain functions and activities
- Experience working in multiple regions and/or globally; awareness of the impacts of cultural differences when working internationally
