**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Attract, develop and retain talent to establish high performing In-Country sales and account management teams capable of supporting continued business growth
- Be responsible for achievement of business goals
- Monitor In-Country market environment in terms of competition (direct as well as indirect) and products
- Be responsible for all internal coordination from all stakeholders within and outside the organization for Singapore
- Contribute as part of the Leadership Team to provide thought leadership, best practices and innovative guidance within the F&B e-commerce sector

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor Degree, MBA or other relevant field
- Proven track record in sales/business development
- Experience in the management of high performing sales and account management teams in an e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical skills - demonstrated ability for action oriented analyses
- Proven business judgement and high conceptual and problem structuring skills
