**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail design and interior designing projects
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and retail shop fittings
- Able to generate 3D drawing using AutoCAD, Photoshop or sketch up
- Creative and independent with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Preferably with basic knowledge on fire safety and M&E provisions such as but not limited to the following:

- occupant load,
- fire safety requirements such as escape distance, sprinklers and exit doors
- air-conditioning, electrical work, plumbing and sanitation, kitchen M&E requirements
