Capital Market Gtm Lead

**About the role**

Deep experience in Capital Market technology and related areas with a strong understanding of technology solutions that enable financial firms to enhance business performance through strategic technology initiatives. Has business and technical competence in financial services sectors. Ability to innovate and develop new scalable solutions working with Coherent Product teams in developing features relevant to sector and domain solutions. Able to developing trusted relationships and brand recognition within sector / industry communities and forums.

This will be a global role with coverage across major clients particularly in the US, Asia and UK markets.

**Now you may be wondering what your day-to-day will look like. You will...**
- Develop distinctive Capital Market solutions, working with clients, partners, sales and product teams
- Discover opportunities to transform the sector with insights on the challenges and how technology can play a role in solving them
- Develop commercial models and propositions
- Support sales activities
- Work with product teams on key feature development and product backlog
- Convert client business challenges into additional scalable solution opportunities
- Develop new opportunities with current and potential clients
- Develop overall brand as a fintech through industry and client engagement and thought leadership
- Promote Coherent’s mission, vision and values and encourage collaboration across your teams to ensure effective execution
- Build relationships with technology and service partners and effectively work on developing and deploying joint solutions for clients
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area (e.g. MIS, CIS) or equivalent relevant work experience
- 15+ years in a related field required; preferably in Capital Markets related areas in financial services industry (FSI)
- Knowledge of trends impacting financial services firms, including applicable laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, data management and regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of Capital Markets systems architecture, cloud-based technologies and its impact on data management and regulations
- Global mindset to client solutions development and scaling
- Experience with technology governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and evaluation techniques
- SaaS and cloud based solutions knowledge
- Team and leadership experience
- Be curious and passionate about emerging trends and technologies in Capital Markets technology and the future of financial services, keeping across the latest developments in the sector
- Passionate about building trusted relationships with C-level executives and providing superior insights on solutions that transform business
