Under general supervision, responsible to author various operational procedures, quick reference guides, and training materials. You will prepare written text and coordinate layout and organization of documents according to prepared outlines, specifications, and standard templates that meet MassMutual & PMOfI standards.
Must be able to produce documentation including and not limited to: process flows, operational procedures, exception management scenarios, policies, and quick reference guides for business users, training materials. Ability to gain context and knowledge to produce documentation through research available data including drawings, process flows, design reports, equipment, test specifications, or existing documentation and business interviews. May work with other business end users and/or program team members to evaluate and clarify document contents.
**Requirments**:
- 10 years of Capital markets experience, with working knowledge of financial products.
- Understanding of investment management function within asset management/insurance industry.
- Ability to quickly come up to speed with complex in-flight programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial products/complex workflows to ensure prompt and timely process and procedure development.
- Experience in prioritizing and understanding the lifecycle of documentation from pre-release through on-going maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively with program team members including business analysts, programmers, and engineers to write and edit various documented materials_, _both in-person and remote.
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Ability to draft, edit and modify documentation, user manuals, training courses, technical reports, and translate technical data into well thought out, comprehensive documents.
- Experience employing project management skills, orchestrates, coordinates large documentation projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and delivery within the specified project deadline.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
- Experience working with the following tools preferred: Microsoft Word, Visio and SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet and Adobe.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
- Write, format, edit, review, and proof detailed process flow diagrams, daily operating procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and other documentation as required by business end users.
