**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate and compile project progress reports, including relevant data and statistics.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.
- Assist the Project Manager in calculating quantities for variations and preparing progress claims.
- Consolidate all essential project documentation, such as worker lists, Method of Statements (MOS), risk assessments, Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMMs), catalogues, drawings, and training materials.
- Manage personnel registration on the Hubble Portal for ERCS and approved vendor staff.
- Monitor and prepare weekly reports on discrepancies between project/testing & commissioning trackers and the Main Contractor’s uploads in Procore (including material submissions, shop drawings, MOS, etc.).
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date project filing system.
- Draft, edit, and compile detailed project progress reports.
- Oversee the overall document control process for the project, ensuring timely and accurate management of all documentation.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least NITEC or Equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in document control or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project managers and engineers.
- Positive work attitude, proactive and approachabl
