The Guided Systems Division focuses on the development of complex guided systems that require multi-disciplinary knowledge in navigation and control, guidance, aerodynamics, electrical, software and mechanical engineering.

Mechanical Quality Assurance Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Plan, execute and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Identify and work with project team to address inadequacies in the quality of design, implementation and testing
- Develop production control plan, quality assurance plan and other relevant quality documents according to contractual requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control and defect management
- Experience in managing and resolving quality, reliability, and maintainability issues
- Ability to make independent judgement and provide solutions to the issues
