**Responsibilities**
- Perform QA/QC for the project deliverables.
- Development of Control system schematics, panel layout drawings, control diagrams, control functions write up of systems, cable schedule and data point schedule.
- Conduct and/or Supervise site systems testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate, track and report documentation changes during project execution.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing control systems.
- Update project progress in timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology)
- 2-3 years experience in HVAC and BMS industry or related fields.
- Proficiency in Integrated Building Management Solution such as ICONICS genesis 64 is mandatory
- Proficiency in BACnet protocol including IP, ETH and MS/TP, Modbus protocol including TCP and RTU and Networking Servers and Client Workstation
- Knowledge of HVAC Control Applications, Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management System
- Experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) system design, Function blocks development and management is preferred.
- Experience in the BMS system site installation, retrofit and maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to program and commission BMS system to monitor and regulate various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and power metering, etc.
- With familiarity with BCA/NEA requirements.
- With working experience in local Singapore construction site.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
