Senior System Infrastructure Engineer

Senior System Infrastructure Engineer (Identity and Mail/File/Print)

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the System Infrastructure team to ensure that DSO enterprise IT systems are developed and deployed in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability, and availability
- Optimise IT systems performance and availability that is balanced with the security requirements
- Manage vendors in the development and deploying of IT systems
- Drive IT productivity and improved efficiency through automation/scripting
- Collaborate with other members of the team on design and troubleshooting issues
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis for any issues regarding the enterprise IT systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
- Preferably 5 years of relevant IT experience in designing, deploying and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services
- Strong knowledge and technical hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technology, infrastructure architecture, including MS Active Directory system, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), MS Exchange
- Experience in planning, design, deploy and operate systems technologies for complex IT infrastructures, and project, contract and vendor management
- Strong working experience with AD system (AD Directory Services, ADFS, DNS, Forest Trust, AD Rights Management Services, AD Certificate Service), MS Information Rights Management server
- Strong working experience with PKI system, Certificate Authority server, Card Management system to support 2FA environment and encryption purpose, TLS certificate issuance/renewal and code signing requirement, good knowledge of PKI related technology and security requirements
- Strong working experience with MS Exchange, High availability (DAG), Skype and Lync
- Strong experience in PowerShell / PowerCLI/other scripting languages, automation tools like Ansible
- Experience in managing file/print servers with secure printing
- Working experience on IT Security (e.g. OS/System hardening, vulnerability remediation)
- Good written and verbal communication and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, proactive, analytical and decision-making skills
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage eg. CompTIA Security+, Administration of MS Exchange Server, MSCE, MS certified Azure Administrator Associate, MS certified Azure Solution Architect Expert
