**Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer orders
- Ensure orders are successfully sent to the nearest outlet
- Assigning riders and ensuring smooth delivery to customers
- Check that orders are keyed into POS correctly
- Answering of the hotline, and performing service recovery that is in line with the company’s SOP
- Ensures compliance on food quality and hygiene, shop outlook, and service standards in accordance with the Company’s SOP
- Conduct training for the team, ensuring policies and SOPs are communicated and adhered to
- Any ad-hoc duties as delegated

Working Hours and Salary:

- 5 days working week( inclusive of alternate 1 weekday and 1 weekend rest day)- $1,900 to $2,400
- **Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in the customer service preferably in F&B
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
