**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Establish and develop sound relationships with prospects and customers.
- Responsible for quotations for repeat orders
- Prepare and submit sales quotation and related document
- Maintain quote record for future review and regularly updated sales forecast
- Prepare new product quotations for review and approval
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, follow-up and provide technical support to customers.
- Work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
- Communication with the project and operations teams
- Request and update customers’ purchase order
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned

**Pre-Requisites**
- Required language(s): Mandarin (in order to establish and develop sound relationships with Mandarin speaking prospects and customers.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent work accuracy and timeliness
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill, comfortable with people and communication
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

CHawk's core competencies are in low to medium volume plastic components in manufacturing and module assembly that serves equipment manufacturers in semiconductor, electronics medical, biomedical, solar, green energy, oil and gas, testing instruments and other industrial equipment.

Our manufacturing processes include plastic thermoforming (vacuum forming, pressure forming and drape forming), fabrication, hot gas welding, fusion and diffusion bonding, contamination free and high precision CNC machining (2-5 Axis), and chemical delivery system assembly.
