**Sales Support Officer (Junior)**

**Job Descriptions & Responsibilities: -**
- Generate accurate and timely sales quotation, sales order, delivery order, sales invoice, credit note, debit note etc.
- Review and generate purchase orders with full details and communicate with the suppliers to ensure the item deliver on time
- Assist the sales team in daily sales operation and liaise between other departments on sales order for timely delivery.
- Handle customers for offline and online (eCommerce).
- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and accuracy on shipments and stock (inbound/outbound).
- Perform updates of sales reporting, including the number of quotations generated and number of successful transactions.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation and filing system.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferred experience in eCommerce (Shopee & Lazada platform)
- Good communication skills, team spirit & Proactive
- Customer & high-level services oriented
- Meticulous, Positive attitude, Responsible and Good teamwork player
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Working day & hour: Mon to Fri from 8am to 5.30pm

Work location: Woodlands (nearest MRT station - Admiralty)

**Salary**: $2,000.00 per month
