Role Overview

This role is central to our global e-commerce operations and forms a key part of the company's long-term competitive advantage. You will play a vital role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, safeguarding intellectual property, and managing risk to protect our brand and support sustainable business growth. Working in a dynamic cross-border environment, you will collaborate closely with international platforms, partners, and professional advisors. Through structured training and a clear development path, you will have the opportunity to grow into a trusted specialist in global compliance and brand protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify compliance and infringement risks in platform operations, communicate with e-commerce platforms, regulators, and brand owners to promote the handling and resolution of violations.
• Follow and interpret compliance policies and regulatory changes in major markets, assist in establishing internal guidelines, and promote team implementation.
• Coordinate and manage the global pool of compliance service providers (including tax service providers, attorneys, and compliance consultants) to ensure the smooth progress of VAT/GST/EPR registrations and filings, as well as other cross-border compliance projects such as EU environmental regulations, FDA approvals, and product safety certifications.
• Coordinate global trademark and patent affairs, and work with attorneys and relevant institutions to advance execution.
• Monitor intellectual property infringement risks, carry out enforcement actions, and protect the company's brand assets.
• Respond quickly to cross-border e-commerce incidents and unexpected events, coordinate internal teams and external resources, and propose solutions.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and respond to new business needs arising during business expansion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in or related to International Trade, E-Commerce, Intellectual Property and Brand Management, or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience but with strong interest in this field are welcome to apply (systematic training will be provided).
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce compliance support, intellectual property, or brand protection on platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, or Lazada is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit, with effective cross-cultural and cross-regional communication abilities.
• Ownership driven and solution-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
