Currently we are looking for the eCommerce Manager, Japan and Korea.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Manage affiliate (Linkshare & Rakuten) partner relationships, identify and develop new partnerships if any.
- Drive affiliate recruitment, onboarding and nurture existing affiliates to ensure program growth across Japan and Korea
- Drive performance and tactics to meet program KPIs, i.e. sales revenues and ROAS
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to test landing experience and improve affiliate conversion rate
- Maintain affiliate promotional calendar and provide regular performance reports
- Experiment new partnership opportunities to grow new audiences either via paid commission traffic exchange, influencer outreach, customer base cross-selling or pre-install trial installations
- Monitor competitive commission offering in order to ensure optimal & competitive Kaspersky offering in the same space
- Stay on top of security product trends and support new product launches on affiliate or partnership
- Create tracking and assets for affiliates or partners
- Liaise with Back Office, Finance, and other relevant teams to request discount, trial license and insure timely processing of sales orders and payments.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years’ experience in affiliate or partnership marketing role
- Track record of building and managing strong relationships
- Relationships with a wide breath of affiliates including Loyalty, Coupons/Deals, Content, Networks, Review/Comparison, Aggregators and more
- An ability to dive into the data and identify growth opportunity
- Experience with major affiliate platforms such as Linkshare, ValueCommerce, etc.
- Deep knowledge of web analytic tools
- **Fluency in English and Japanese
