**We will rely on you to**:

- Engage with clients and prospects to assess their needs
- Collaborate with fellow brokers, technical support personnel, and placement teams to establish a comprehensive quality assurance process for the business
- Manage all facets of new, renewal, and prospective business for Korean clients in Singapore. This includes actively marketing and soliciting accounts, conducting thorough research and financial analysis, coordinating placements, and ensuring the accurate preparation and presentation of formal documentation for seamless execution
- Facilitate the implementation of best broking practices, encompassing various aspects such as client proposal development, effective presentation techniques, efficient market submissions, and seamless execution of business transactions

- Ensure business operations and formal documentation are aligned to Guy Carpenter’s compliance and professional standards
- Provide technical training to clients and colleagues
- Manage business development/revenue generation activities
- Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management
- Project manage large complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders

**What you need to have**:

- Over 5 years of solid client-facing experience in the reinsurance industry
- Strong technical expertise and domain knowledge of the reinsurance treaty business and Korean markets in the region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Korean to manage Korean-speaking clients in Singapore
- Expertise in insurance and/or reinsurance underwriting
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work in a team
