1. Role Description

Responsible to manage an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns

2. Specific Responsibilities
- Monitor social media performance metrics as well as social listening for editorial and content production improvement recommendations and daily optimisation
- Execute social media ad buys (e.g. through Facebook Ads Manger) to conduct performance experiments that help improve share-of-voice and engagements across all social media channels
- Provides short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
