**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative**
- Handle general office administration, filing, and data entry.
- Process orders and coordinate schedules while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Support management in daily operations.

**Social Media & Marketing**
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social channels.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Track social media performance and prepare simple analytics reports.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration and/or social media marketing.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic graphic design tools (Canva, etc.).
- Familiar with Facebook/Instagram Ads will be an advantage.Organized, creative, and able to work independently.

**Other Details**:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)

Salary based on experience + Performance Bonus
