- Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities
- Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation
- Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments
- Prepare sales proposal and quotations
- Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback
- Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target)
- Achieve assigned sales goals
- Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in a training solution sales, will be an added advantage
- Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Coachable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
