**Job Title: PRE-IPO/RTO Financial Advisory Senior Advisor
As a Financial Advisory Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert financial guidance and strategic direction to clients. Your primary focus will be delivering comprehensive financial advisory and consultation services to private companies pursuing **IPO/RTO **and public companies seeking funds for operational and investment projects, including secondary debts/equity financing. Leveraging your expertise in financial reporting, internal control improvement, restructuring, and compliance, you will assist clients in making well-informed investment decisions and optimizing their financial potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert financial advisory services to private companies preparing for IPO/RTO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Advise public companies on fundraising strategies for operational and investment projects, including secondary debts/equity financing.
- Analyze complex financial data, conduct thorough due diligence, and offer insightful recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique financial needs, and tailoring advisory services accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities to deliver cutting-edge financial advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and investment specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for financial advisory services and expanding the client base.
- Assist junior advisors, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 /.
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role, with a track record of successful financial advisory services.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, internal control improvement, restructuring, and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with IPO/RTO processes and fundraising strategies for public companies.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying financial advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong client relationship management skills, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are advantageous but not mandatory.
