**Role: Investment Banking Senior Officer**

**Your responsibilities
- Arranging IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance activities
- Due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements
- Liaising with legal advisers and accountants in drafting and reviewing of Prospectus and other relevant documents
- Reviewing document submission to SGX
- Organising roadshows for placement and promotion of bank’s equity capital markets activities
- Merger & Acquisition financial advisory work
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company when required

**What you need to succeed**
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance or a relevant discipline
- Must have IPO execution experience - completed at least 3 IPO execution deals in the past 5 years where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" in the IPO
- Worked on mainboard listing instead of catalyst listing, Reverse Takeovers (RTO) not considered
- Reits and/or Business Trust IPO execution experience where the bank acted as "Issue Manager"
- M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be advantageous
- ECM distribution experience for both IPO and secondary fundraising will be advantageous
- Relevant financial modelling skills for reits and/or business trust transactions will be advantageous
- Proficient in spoken and written in English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties
