**The Company**

Headquartered in Singapore with operations in Asia, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading medical group with tremendous growth potential. We are actively recruiting for an experienced CFO with prior IPO experience to be part of the business growth.
**The Role**

Reporting to the CEO and COO as well as managing a team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, treasury, tax, risk analysis, corporate finance, cash flow management, working capital, company audits and project feasibility study. We are looking for a hands-on CFO with a solid track record in finance and investor relations, providing advice on long-term business development strategy and financial planning. Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business to achieve business targets. The key responsibilities include ensuring the audit, risk and legal compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Company. Review and analyze all formal company related policies and procedures. Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance and matters relating to enterprise risk management. Providing leadership and support across a variety of strategic company initiatives including IPO, Nasdaq listing and/or M&As.

**Key Requirements**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and mínimally 10 years of relevant work experience with a proven successful track record in a senior finance leadership role. Prior experience in Nasdaq listing and IPO preparation will be essential for the role. It will be essential to have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, a forward-looking looking mindset, and a successful team management track record to succeed in this role.
