- Experience CFO in both **US** **public listed and startup companies**:

- Experience in bringing a company to **IPO in US**:

- Understanding of **US GAAP, COSO** framework, **Sarbanes Oxley Act**, and **PCAOB auditing standards**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Lead the Singapore company to IPO at US market
- Work closely with the company’s founding members on investor relations, investor reports, and fundraising-related matters
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks

**SUITABLE CANDIDATES**
- Proven experience as CFO
- Hands-on experience in bringing a company to IPO in US
- Worked in US public listed companies before
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and IPO transactions for start-ups preferred
- High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
- BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
