**Responsibilities
Provide onsite services for:

- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports and ensure up-to-date records and reports
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
- Track and monitor PR/PO/DO/GR status of hardware purchase
- Maintain and update IT hardware assets inventory
- Liaise with vendor on delivery status of each hardware purchase
- Consolidation and tracking of quotation requests
- Help on processing of Data Center access card and reporting of Data Centre cabling cost expenditure
- Plan and collaborate across different teams to manage Data Centre cabling installation delivery cycle
- Process of new security card / card extension / card termination
- Validation of Data Centre access card listing
- Maintain and update cabling cost expenditure and available balance
- Maintain, update and track the project-based network budget and expenditure

**Requirements
- GCE "A" Levels or LCCI equivalent
- Certification in office administration or secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Conversant in MS Office (Excel)
- Client relationship management and interpersonal skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Customer service skills and excellent verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and organized; pay attention to detail
