**Forward Minder Organisation** is looking for a proactive, organized individual to join our team as a **Customer Service Assistant**. If you enjoy supporting others, staying on top of tasks, and growing in a collaborative environment — we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- **After-Service Support**:
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and client guidance on forms or general info.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Perform data entry, update records, prepare reports, and support daily office functions.
- **Consultant Support**:
Help with ad hoc duties like organizing files, preparing meeting materials, or sending reminders.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field (preferred)
- Prior admin or assistant experience is a bonus; fresh grads welcome
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
**Work Arrangement**: Hybrid
**Note**: Part-time positions available
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
