Singapore Vault Personnel Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Thermal and Mechanical analysis and characterization of advanced IC Packages
- Perform thermal simulations using CFD software such as Flotherm or Icepak
- Perform mechanical & thermo-mechanical analysis and characterization of advanced IC packages using Ansys or Abaqus
- Provide measurement & reliability test services to support internal & customer projects
- Design and develop new thermally enhanced packages aligned to UTAC specifications & needs
- Upfront analysis support to thermal and reliability performance of new products
- New thermal and mechanical capability set-up

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Mechanical / Materials Science Engr / related field
- Knowledge on Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics in IC Packaging Technology
- Solid knowledge on Finite Element Analysis & mechanics of material
- Thermal modeling experience using CFD software such as Flotherm / Icepak is highly desirable
- Thermo-mechanical modeling experience for IC assembly molding process using simulation software such as Ansys & Abaqus is a plus
- Strong interest in conducting simulations using advanced CFD / FEA software in R&D environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
