We are a Singapore-based retailer of carpets and home décor products. We are looking for an Operations and Fulfilment Associate/Lead to join our team.

You will be in charge of processing incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires a strong sense of organization and the ability to work independently.

The Job:

- **Order Fulfilment**: Pick and pack customer orders for shipment in a timely manner, ensuring items are properly labelled and packaged. Typical orders weigh between 5 to 15kg.
- **Shipping and Receiving**:Obtain shippingquotations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Delivery Liaison**: Liaise with customers and third party couriers to coordinate deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Receive and label incoming shipments. Update inventory records and perform quarterly inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Ensure adequate stocks of packing materials.
- **Administration**: Assist with operational/administrative tasks when necessary

Our Requirements:

- Able to work at least three half days a week
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Excel preferred
- Singaporeans and PRs only
