- Location: Woodlands- Reporting to: HR Manager- Workplace type: On-site**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide support across all HR operational processes and activities related to training and exit clearance, relocation support and work permit relevant process.
- Support employee engagement through different activities and multi channels
- Conduct data analysis and handle to deliver HR related reports
- Provide continuous improvement ideas and implement to enhance work efficiency
- Participate in or help implement Corporate and Site projects, track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects/ activities.
- Provide audit preparation support
- Provide support to HR department on other ad-hoc responsibilities
