**Role: Business Development Representative Manager**
What you'll do at UiPath:
Are you a sales leader with a demonstrable history of hiring, scaling and leading elite Business Development Representative (BDR) teams? This is your opportunity to take full ownership of developing and building a high-performance BDR team across APAC within a hypergrowth leading enterprise software organization Do you want to be a leading part of our new Emerging Enterprise sales hub in our region?
What you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience building and managing BDR / Sales teams across SEA / APAC
- Solid experience selling software products
- Entrepreneurial leader with a driving desire to win big in the market
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization
- Track record of success hiring, leading, and developing top performing teams
- Very adaptable to fast-growing and changing environments
- Proven experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
- Demonstrable experience building and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally
- Proven experience scaling high-performing sales functions within a hyper-growth software business
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
- Successful experience building and managing a territory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills
- Deep understanding of SaaS / Cloud Go-To-Market and the required roles for effective customer engagement
