**What the role is**
- You will be part of MCI’s Communications and Engagement Division that strategises, develops and drives communications and outreach plans for key areas of the Ministry’s work to engage hearts and minds for a thriving digital future.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute robust media comms plans to forward MCI’s comms agenda of building a vibrant and secure digital future for Singapore.

**What you will be working on**
- Plan and execute a full media planning cycle, including media analysis, development of robust media plans, execution of media plans (including media engagements and event management), and review of media outcomes to ensure communication targets are met
- Develop and implement engagement programmes to support policy comms outcomes and to obtain buy-in from stakeholders
- Sense issues, identify and manage relations with relevant stakeholders
- Supervise a small team (for Assistant Director only)

**What we are looking for**
- Excellent grasp of issues, policies, and current affairs
- Keen awareness of political sensitivities
- Strong analytical ability and project management skills
- Good editing, writing, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the media landscape, and communication best practices
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills, including team building
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Proven supervisory experience for at least 5 years (for Assistant Director only)
