    One of Singapore's largest and most established public hospitals, this institution serves as a key healthcare provider in the country. It is well-regarded for its clinical excellence, long-serving staff, and leadership in medical innovation, education, and integrated care.

    Job Description
    • Provide leadership and strategic direction to teams within Facilities Engineering, Fire Safety, Property Management, and Special Projects.
    • Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all building systems and infrastructure, particularly M&E services.
    • Serve as a key point of expertise for troubleshooting technical issues, including root cause analysis and incident resolution.
    • Supervise end-to-end property-related matters such as contracts, insurance, leases, utilities, and asset renewal.
    • Represent the hospital in dealings with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
    • Lead cost optimisation efforts and oversee service enhancement initiatives.
    • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for capital expenditure (CapEx), operational expenditure (OpEx), and external funding.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing approvals, invoicing, and financial reporting.
    • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on matters concerning infrastructure, engineering, and facilities strategy.
    • Contribute to internal education efforts on facility operations and safety.

    The Successful Applicant
    • A recognised Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields.
    • Professional certifications such as Fire Safety Manager (FSM), MOM WSH, or LEW are advantageous.
    • 10 to 20 years of relevant experience, preferably within large-scale healthcare or institutional settings
    • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with multi-functional or multi-site responsibilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of building operations, M&E systems, and facilities lifecycle planning.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
