Position Summary
- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Sign products The consulting team is responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing AEM and signature solution offerings and integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions, and collaborating with clients' existing IT infrastructure.
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Technical Consultant (TC) that functions as the Adobe AEM and Sign technical authority. Their responsibility is to not only know about the product's hidden intricacies but to truly understand the implications of every function, setting, & integration available. A TC might not know everything, but they know enough to hunt down what they don’t know and communicate it to the client.
- What you'll do
- During an engagement, the TC will be engaged for complicated requirements and use cases. This can include the following common scenarios:
- API advisement, design, and demos-
- Sophisticated 3rd party integrations-
- Problems with non-apparent solutions-
- Sophisticated pro services solution delivery and enablement (e.g., Gigasign, Dynamic Workflow, Resource Hub, etc.)-
- Issue triage sessions-
- Backend settings awareness and advisement-
- Architectural planning, diagramming, and technical specification authoring-
- Development and refactoring of code snippets-
- Advising the client on high-level design decisions-
- Responsible for thought leadership related to integration work related to Adobe Sign implementation and familiarity with multiple interface APIs is a requirement-
- Effectively analyze complex project issues, build possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options while instructing the team on presenting solutions.-
- Diagnose the client's technical environment on how they use Adobe technology to drive the best-focused advice.-
- A change agent in pursuit of constant tuning and improvement of our team-
- Maintaining the highest level of technical expertise by staying ahead of Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities and self-study.-
- On occasion, work closely with engagement managers to scope and estimate opportunities and identify overall project approaches, activities, and execution details.Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience as a client-facing Consultant with strong experience in architecting and implementing Adobe Experience Manager and/or Sign.-
- UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.-
- Technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills.-
- Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication and Performance management.AEM sites/assets/forms deployment and migration.-
- AEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components and JCR Queries-
- Core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.-
- CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.-
- Software design patterns-
- Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services-
- Experience communicating across client teams and senior leadership-
- Ability to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements-
- Clear written and verbal communication skills presenting results, sharing information, and leading meetings-
- Consistent track record of leading execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teamsAbility to communicate technical and business strategy successfully to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority-
- Willingness to travel up to 40%-
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant industry experience is preferred.Special Considerations- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions-
