The Opportunity
The Adobe Professional Services Consultant role offers an outstanding opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their technical and business requirements to implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions that deliver maximum value. Your objective will be to ensure successful project delivery for Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign solutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll develop and apply best practices for integrating Adobe Experience Cloud into clients’ ecosystems, deliver training and support to marketing specialists, mentor new consultants, maintain thorough documentation of solutions and integrations, and engage in ongoing education on emerging Adobe technologies and platforms.
What You’ll Do
Act as a domain expert in Adobe Experience Cloud, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign solutions.
Navigate complex project tasks, pro-actively addressing challenges including clarifying business requirements, optimizing performance, and integrating third-party products.
Deliver consulting services for projects leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, assisting clients and partners with detailed architecture design, delivery execution, issue management, end-to-end testing and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate customer discovery sessions, guiding clients in defining their business requirements and KPIs to derive full value from Adobe solutions.
Provide support to clients’ developers and third-party vendors throughout the implementation process.
What You Need to Succeed
5 years’ experience in IT consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions, with expertise in requirements definition, design, and implementation.
Proven track record in project delivery related to service/product development, implementation, and operations.
Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, particularly with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Campaign).
Results-oriented, responsive, with high integrity and strong dedication to customer success.
Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Genuine interest in emerging technologies and methodologies; passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing technologies.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn rapidly, collaborate effectively within a team, and adapt to change.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Special Consideration Given For
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Programming skills in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS (a plus).
Experience with digital marketing technologies and large-scale implementations.
Customer-facing experience in B2B environments.
Background in building enterprise databases.
Knowledge of operating web services.
Experience as a data architect or with data modelling.
