The Global Head Fee Operations heads the entire Fee Operations practice globally as a member of management. The Global Head Fee Operations focuses primarily on topics with strategic

importance for Fee Operations and the entire Business Unit, as well as people development:

- Is an undisputed expert for all fee operations topics. Regularly interacts with and influences PG committees and members of senior management.
- Possesses business knowhow and experience across all areas of fee operations, fee systems and accounting.
- Develops and implements the mid-to long-term vision of the Fee Operations Cellto enable business and shape the operating model of the Fee Operations Cell, Fee System Cell and the Business Unit with new opportunities identified for the cell to contribute and grow.
- Actively develops team individuals to the vision.
- Solves challenges and issues across Business Units and Business Departments through interaction with other Cell Leaders in the firm. Promotes the Fee Systems Cell visibility across the whole firm
- Plays an active role in constructive and forward-looking dialogue, sparring ideas within the Business Unit and Business Department management meetings and across Cell Leaders
- Coaches and acts as a sparring partner for to Fee Operations team heads and Lead Fee System Engineers globally in order to align efforts with other cells within the Business Unit

**What we expect**
- Minimum degree holder
- 10+ years of relevant work experience including a proven track record in leading people and teams
- Possesses proven people management skills, identifies and hires talents, develops junior staff into senior functions, unlocks potential of team members and nurtures next generation Fee Operation leaders
- Self-motivator and team player
