**About Us**

Real Madrid Foundation Football & Basketball School is dedicated to nurturing young athletes while instilling the values of Real Madrid. Through our specialized football and basketball programs, we empower students to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

**Your Role**

As a **Community Relationship & Experience Executive**, you will be the bridge between our school and its stakeholders, ensuring strong community ties and delivering exceptional experiences for participants. You will play a vital role in building relationships, managing events, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and mission of the Real Madrid Foundation.
- Develop and implement initiatives to engage and grow the school’s community.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and outreach programs to enhance stakeholder experiences.
- Address feedback and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless program operations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and community engagement activities.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in community engagement, customer relations, or event management.
- A passion for sports and working with diverse communities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
