PR & Community Influencer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Community Influencer Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that amplify our brand's voice and connect with the right audiences across Southeast Asia.

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns that drive engagement and build brand affinity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and beauty industry leaders.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and ensure authentic collaborations that deliver results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content and events that showcase our brand's expertise and passion for skincare.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of PR and community influencer strategies in Southeast Asia.
  • Developing and distributing press releases, media kits, and product seeding materials to secure earned coverage.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting media coverage to inform future PR efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications, preferably in the beauty/FMCG industry.
  • Strong network of media and influencers in Southeast Asia, or the ability to quickly establish one.

  • A creative problem-solver with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and agile, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as CreatorIQ and Brandwatch.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in the beauty/skincare/luxury industry.
  • Prior in-house brand experience.
