**What the role is**
- You develop people strategies and Digital & Data Science (DDS) competency framework to scale up the Digital and Data capabilities in MINDEF.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the capability development and communications/outreach team to raise the digital/data quotient and literacy of our leaders and employees by leveraging on a range of tools and resources to drive continuous learning. You also grow the digital/data Communities of Practices (COP) by developing strategies and initiatives; and forming partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you build a digital culture and mindset by driving change management and communications through building compelling narratives to sustain digital and data transformation.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. You must be competent in conceptualising, analysing, developing and formulating strategies. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills to network and engage stakeholders to facilitate planning, coordination and collaboration to support the Division’s business outcomes. Having prior relevant work experience in graphic design, social media content generation will be advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
