**Job Description**:
The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Additionally, a Senior Facility Manager has to oversee and manage multiple projects across several sites within the organization.
- Facilities Management
- Provide guidance and advisory to Operations to ensure that the company’s premises meet the needs of the occupants it houses.
- Plan and develop inspection procedures and checklists for Operations to implement or conduct repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, civil, sanitary, and plumbing matters
- Plan and develop the system that oversees all building-related activities and that enables Operations to maintain the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
- Provide guidance and advisory for Operations to manage minor A&A and M&E/Facility-related repair and replacement works.
- Recommend best practices in facility maintenance to Operations to implement so as to achieve a safer and energy-saving working environment.
- Fire Safety Management
- Assume full Fire Safety Manager (FSM) roles as per SCDF requirements at assigned premises, not limiting to the implementation of Emergency Response Plan, Table-Top Exercise, Fire Safety Report, and Fire Safety Inspection.
- To review and improve the fire safety procedures and features for the company premises.
- Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works and equipment and fittings on the premises.
- Plan and develop a checklist for the premises to remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises.
- Notify the Commissioner immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident on the premises.

8. Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
- Conduct and or participate in WSH Committee Meeting, that collate suggestions, inspection report (on hazards identification), and other safety and health information.
- Conduct WSH compliance inspections and coach WSH members to conduct routine checks on work activities.
- Plan and implement WSH Management System (WSHMS) and Risk Management (RM) plans.
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation.
- Perform any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a Diploma/Degree or higher in Building, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities/Estates Management, or other building-related disciplines.
- 3 - 8 Years Experience in Facility management or a similar field
