Job Responsibilities- Support tendering process with activities such as preparation of the tender, issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions.- Perform contracts administration including reviewing change, contractual entitlements, drafting of correspondence, reviewing of contractual deliverables and dispute resolution mechanisms (if any).- Support and liaison with the Project Team to ensure timely submission of deliverables during various stages of the projects.- Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring.- Assist with drafting of the payment certificates.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification- Applicant must be a full-time current student

Experience- No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites- Possess basic computer literacy.- Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives.- Proactive, ability to adapt to fast paced environment.- A passion for working with diverse workplace.- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures.- Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
