- Working closely as a liaison between the core house list of fragrance suppliers and the development team, supporting the identification, development, and qualification of superior fragrance experiences of the relevant Powerbrands, product formats, and power markets, and allow for timely execution.
- Focus on Health portfolio with key focus on the Dettol personal care and surface care range
- Accountabilities:

- Within defined categories, assist in the interface activity between Reckitt R&D team and core Fragrance suppliers, including coordination of the briefing/debriefing and evaluation of fragrances to guide the development process, leveraging consumer and olfactive knowledge to ensure winning fragrances meet the brief criteria.
- Within defined categories, develop an understanding of base formulations in all relevant technical formats to provide optimal fragrance guidance.
- Performs thorough olfactive evaluation of fragrances for assigned projects, including in-use testing.
- Coordinate fragrance sensory and performance testing, manage and analyze olfactive stability testing.
- Within a subset of the defined categories, lead the fragrance development process including innovation briefing and olfactive mappings whilst maintaining an in-depth knowledge of market products and key competitors.
- Provide technical support, including the issuance of any required rework briefs in support of Innovation, new product development, and new fragrance upgrade projects, ensuring best practice briefing principles are followed to deliver optimal fragrance delivery from our Fragrance House partners.
- Maintain effective network both with external Fragrance House partners and with internal Reckitt partners, including R&D Innovation, Operations, Science Platforms, Marketing and Procurement, Regulatory, Safety to drive initiatives and projects seamlessly forward.
- Ensure collaboration with fragrance house partners to deliver value-added intelligence to Reckitt including sensorial trends and concepts, ingredient trends, consumer insights, technical innovation, competitive radar.
- Collate category-specific tracking information and ensure optimal fragrances are available for rapid rollout and local execution.
- Ensure that all fragrance briefing and recommendations comply with the agreed Reckitt global core Fragrance supplier contract principles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- 4 years+ of experience within a Fragrance/Flavor/FMCG environment
- 2 years+ of proven Project Management experience within a cross-functional, international and multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in new product development, prior experience with fragrance/flavor evaluation desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; as well other project management or tracking software programs
- Above-average olfactive acuity.
