**Who You Are:
**We are looking for someone who with minimum 1 -3 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering.

**Position Summary**:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Engineer to take responsibility as Module Industrial Engineer.

In this role, you will be establishing and maintaining Capacity modeling, and work closely with Operation and Engineering Team to drive improvement in capacity, OEE, cycle time on bottleneck equipment and resolve capacity constraint

**What You Will Do**:

- Capacity scenarios study, analysis and capacity optimization
- Track capacity model parameter and ensure data accuracy
- Benchmark tool to tool performance
- Support Lean manufacturing and operation excellence project
- Provide solution and works independently to resolve manufacturing operation problem and capacity constraints

**What You Will Bring** (REQUIRED** Qualifications**)**:

- Proficient in data management, Microsoft office skill
- Good exposure on time studies, methods and/or performance analysis methodologies
- Strong analytical, systematic in problem solving approach
- Education_ (Minimum Level)_
- Bachelor's
- Field of Study_
- Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline
- Years of Experience_ (Minimum)_
- 1 - 3 years
