Technical Manager Job Opportunity

The Technical Manager will be responsible for leading the Technical Engineering Section and overseeing plant equipment and facility Preventive Maintenance (PM).

Key responsibilities include managing closing of work requests, supporting equipment modifications, planning SDM schedules and activities, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in manufacturing industry management, preferably with a degree in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, strong organizational and planning skills, analytical problem-solving, project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Safety-conscious, quality-driven, self-disciplined, and a role model to others.
